In order to affiliate with ESCAPING SHADOWS, you must create a thread and fill out this application. If your affiliation is accepted, you will be added to the affiliates table and your thread will be moved to the ACCEPTED AFFILIATES board. Please put the title of your forum in the title of the thread.
