DECEMBER
Hey everyone! It's been a month since Escaping Shadows opened, and we are extremely satisfied with the amount of growth that we've had already. Never did we expect to have so many dedicated users within our first month of opening! We are so happy to have met so many people already, and it's not hard to say that we love you all. You're all funny, caring, extraordinarily kind, and overall just brilliant. We love to hear your ideas and see your plots, watch your interactions with others and see just how well-oiled this machine really is.
Our monthly newsletters will be posted on the first of each month, but we wanted December's to be specifically on the day Escaping Shadows turned a month old. From now on, expected newsletters on the first of each month.
For any new or returning users, we have news!
The high rank positions have all been filled, besides medicine cat apprentices. Each medicine cat has been asked to wait at least a month before deciding whether or not they truly want an apprentice to train. Scorchstar, Leopardflight, and Otternose of RiverClan; Lavenderstar, Blizzardfall, and Mudnose of ShadowClan; Lightningstar, Liongaze, and Wrenthroat of ThunderClan; and Sandstar, Badgernose, and Porcupineheart of WindClan.
Currently, we have OTM Nominations going on. Click here to nominate someone! The voting for who wins an OTM will take place at the same time during our upcoming Activity Check, which takes place between December 24th and December 30th.
We will not be having a Gathering this month. Instead, the very first Gathering will take place between January 28th and February 3rd.
At present, there is a ban on ThunderClan apprentices. No ThunderClan apprentice apps are to be made until we have enough warriors to outnumber them. Any applications made during the ban will be ignored both during and after the ban is lifted. Any WIP applications made before the ban was put into place will be accepted after the ban is lifted.
Our encouragements are still placed heavily on adopted cats and warriors.
It is now leafbare! The weather has changed, and newleaf will begin in March.
Lastly, Dae has been promoted to Baron and Shades has been welcomed into the staff as a Moderator!
