basics name • pawn | crowkit | crowpaw | crowfire age • 17 moons gender • female sexuality • pansexual clan • riverclan rank • warrior appearance allegiance • blue point she cat with blue eyes full • It's been a year since Crowfitr was taken in by RiverClan but the influence of her life on the streets has not left her. She has a very difficult time packing on weight, both because of her eating habits and her genetics. Crowfire has distinctively foreign features from her oriental heritage. She has narrowed eyes and prominent cheek bones. Her head has a distinctive triangular shape rather than the usual round bone structure. Her ears are large and bat-shaped. Crowfire's body structure is very slim and stream-line. Her muscle structure is more compact than bulky, giving her a shapely, attractive body type. Crowfire's fur is short, dense and smooth. Her pelt has a base cream, off-white colour. She is a seal-point siamese colour. Her face, limbs, and tail are a light blue colour. The rest of her coat is spotless. Crowfire's eyes are bright blue. personality positives +Unflappable: She is 2cool4school. Crowfire strives to be as cool as ice and twice as cold. She hides her emotions behind a cold mask and tends to keep her cards close to her chest. While she can be highly opinionated and rather loud mouthed, the only emotion Crowfire seems to emanate is varying levels of anger. She has a thin, foreign face that makes it look like she's looking down her nose at you with narrowed eyes. Nothing phases this she cat, even the most alarming of situations. Surprises roll off her like water off a duck's back. Truly, this is just her way of dealing with her problems. She thinks of emotions as weakness and tries to always be cool in times of high emotion. +Loyal: RiverClan is her city. Crowfire takes her loyalty to a whole new level. Unlike her clanmates, her love for her clan was not instilled in her from a young age. It was nurtured through little acts of a kindness and accepting smiles. Crowfire was born into an "everyone for themself" environment but after being exposed to clan life, she fell in love with her clan. She loves them for taking a chance on her, for offering her food and shelter, and giving her her first taste of true, unconditional love in the form of her adoptive family. Crowfire's loyalty to RiverClan is stronger than most. +Adventurous: One does not simply stop being a street cat. Crowfire's thirst for adventure festers inside her like a disease. She tends feel itchy and restless when things get too comfy around the clan. She's an adrenaline junkie at heart and loves anything that gets her heart racing. Crowfire is adventurous not only in her actions but also in her spirit. She pushes against her self imposed boundries recklessly and will tear herself apart without thought. There is nothing more dangerous to this she cat than idle paws. negatives -Temperamental: She will fite you. Crowfire has a short-fused temper. She will rage and snarl at the drop of the hat and has no problem picking a fight with any opponent. Crowfire is mean spirited and struggles to show kindness to others. When she gets really worked up, Crowfire will become unreasonable and quick to start a finish a fight with her teeth and claws. -Obsessive: She craves that mineral. Crowfire is a bad combination of stubborn and relentless. She will dig in her heels when someone tries to force something on her. Her all-mighty attitude makes her difficult to convince and difficult to reason with. There's nothing Crowfire hates more than being wrong. As the kind of cat who tends to follow her heart rather than her head, Crowfire can easily become consumed with obsession. -Defensive: Triggered. Crowfire guards herself meticulously. Her secrets, her emotions, her past, her thoughts; everything is her business and no one else's. She is incapable of asking for help and would rather bite off her own paw than ask someone else to solve her problems. She takes attacks on her character very seriously and is a quick judge of character. etc. =Fearless: Challenge accepted. =Out-spoken: I'mma let you finish. =Vain: Oh stop it, you. /Crowfire likes to sleep under her nest of moss instead of on top of it /Crowfire doesn't mind eating crowfood /Crowfire actually loves cuddling /Crowfire is scared of small, dark spaces /Crowfire tends to gesture with her tail when she talks relationships mother • candy, female, deceased father • jazz, male, unknown brother • rook, male, unknown brother • bishop, male, unknown sister • castle, female, unknown history Pawn was given her name for her status as the runt of the litter. Among her three siblings, Pawn was born noticeably smaller and weaker. She had to fight for every breathe and struggled to keep her guard up against anyone stronger than her; which was everyone. Pawn grew up with a "me against the world" attitude. She found no kinship among her siblings. Pawn tired easily against their boundless child-like energy and spent most of her time sleeping the day away.On one memorable occasion, Pawn's curiosity lead her to investigate a spare box she found in an abandoned alley. She was playing in the box for several minutes when her siblings showed up to ruin her fun. Her brothers ganged up on her to forced her into the box while her brother sealed her in. They took turns poking their paws in to poke their paws into the box and claws at Pawn's ears. No matter how much she cried and plead, they continued to keep her sealed in the box. Eventually her siblings fell asleep on top of the box, locking Pawn in for hours. She eventually cried herself but not before developing a deep seated fear of small, enclosed spaces. Things began to look up for Pawn when she no longer needed to rely on her mother for food. She now had the strength to venture out for her own food and in doing so, avoid her siblings as much as possible. It was only thin strings of kinship that kept Pawn from leaving her family entirely. She would routinely return to them in the evenings and suffer their terrible love in silence. Whereas Pawn kept her mouth shut around her family, she found an explosive temper towards others. She never looked for trouble, but trouble looked for her. Pawn was a scrappy little thing with a hair-trigger temper. It was a bad combination for a runt street cat. She enjoyed spending her time stealing from kittypets. They were uppity, snooty idiots who were so easy to fool. All she had to do was puff herself up and spit and they would flee like cowards. Leaving their kittypet food behind for her to consume. The other street cats were another story. They were just as street-smart as Pawn and usually twice her size. That did nothing to deter her from picking fights with them. Food, territory, protection; Pawn would find the littlest reason to start a fight with the other street cats. She had a chip on her shoulder and nothing to lose. Eventually, Pawn picked a fight with the wrong cat. A RiverClan cat, to be specific. For her part, Bluerain fell in love with the belligerent stray and offered Pawn the thing she longed for the most: somebody to love. Bluerain wasted no time picking Pawn up by her scruff and dragging her back to RiverClan. She put the kit down in front of the leader, placed a paw on her head, and boldly declared Pawn as her new kit. For his part, Howlstar just looked resigned and nodded his head then renamed Pawn Crowkit. Crowkit learned quickly that Bluerain was notorious mother-hen in the clan and has adopted many orphan kits in her time. Crowkit was quickly introduced to her numerous adopted siblings. She flinched, thinking they would be like her birth siblings but was quickly proven wrong. Bluerain's kits were a mired of personalities but all shared a similar trait: kind. They accepted Crowkit into their ranks and actually fought for her attention. Crowkit was overwhelmed and started crying in the middle of the nursery. Bluerain was quick to kick everyone out and smother Crowkit in her fur for comfort. Eventually Crowkit calmed down enough to confess her feelings of immense relief that she was being accepted so easily. After a moon of adjusting to clan life, Crowkit stood before Poplarstar once more to receive her new name. Howlstar smiled down at her proudly as he addressed her as Crowpaw for the first time and gave her off to Bluerain to be trained. Crowpaw could not be any more happy. She had found her place among her new family but now she had to find her place among the clan itself. As an apprentice, Crowpaw was ladened with new responsibilities she had never experienced before. Where she excelled at fighting, she struggled with every other aspect of her apprenticeship. She was given horrified looks when she brought back crowfood from a hunting trip. Whereas street cats back home would drool over a free meal, the clan cats thought pre-killed prey was dirty and disgusting. Crowpaw had to endure the ridicule from her clanmates for her stupid mistake. Of course Crowpaw's embarrassment manifested as frustration. Her frustration showed its colours on the training field. Crowpaw was a terror. She used underhand tricks she learned on the streets and had no qualms against hurting her opponent. Most of her training ended in tears for her opponents and Bluerain trying to placate the other apprentice's mentor. Afterwards, Bluerain always fixed Crowpaw with a disappointed look and long lectures about proper protocols on the training field. Crowpaw was unrepentant until she was assigned cleaning duty in the elder's den. Overall, Crowpaw's apprentice days were difficult and spent on the wrong end of the clan. Most thought she was just delinquent destined to meet a grizzly end in battle. As much as Crowpaw detested their words, she was sure to end up being a self fulfilling prophecy. For now, Crowpaw graduated from her apprenticeship days with several new scars. a rotten reputation, and her new name: Crowfire. |
