His tail is long and thin, and his ears are a little large. He's a warm tom at heart, and enjoys sharing a meal with close friends. + Honest Bluestep isn't a liar, and while he may seem private, he's actually a very open and honest cat. + Loyal Even if he disagrees with you, Bluestep will never turn his back on someone who has earned his trust and loyalty. negatives - Proud With a fierce sense of loyalty to his clan, sometimes Bluestep can be prideful. He can be blind to his faults, and blinder to the world around him if it doesn't suit his ideas. - Aloof Bluestep can be reserved to strangers. He prefers to act as though the other clans don't exist, and keep to himself and his clanmates. - Shy Bluestep isn't one to initiate conversations. He's more of a listener, an observer. He can be painfully shy, and hates being put on the spot. etc. = Bluestep is an amazing tracker and can track down scent trails that are days old, even in rain. As a young kit, Bluekit proved to have an alert sense of smell, able to scent patrols before his brother when they returned with prey. Early on, it became apparent that Dustkit was stronger in terms of personality, however. Bluekit wasn't a fan of exploring outside the nursery, and still ran to his mother when the older kits started practice with the apprentices. His wide amber eyes almost always portreyed a glint of fear, even when Bluepaw became an apprentice. Dustpaw soared in training, while Bluepaw was always lagging a little behind. His nervous disposition made his a poor hunter, at first, until his mentor realized how he could hone in on the apprentice's constant alertness. He began teaching Bluepaw how to track trails, and Bluepaw showed great promise. The tracking became Bluepaw's base for training, and it was enforced in every lesson. Tracking in battle, following enemy scents even in the thick of war. Tracking in hunting, following prey trails or predator smells. Bluepaw grew into his confidence, and grew into a fine warrior. Bluestep continued perfecting his tracking skills, and while he was still quiet and a little shy, he was not still running to his mother. His brother and he grew apart, however, when their father died in a border scuffle with rogues. Bluestep and his brother rarely speak, anymore, much to his disappointment, and he prefers to spend his time sticking to himself, hunting, tracking, and eating alone. |
